District 13 covers a large area, stretching from Lake Simcoe to Lake Ontario and running along a 65 km stretch of Hwy 401.  In it's southern portion, it includes the municipalities of Clarington, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering while the townships of Uxbridge, Brock and Scugog comprise the northern area.
